Barbara is a very knowledgeable person and will help you with any questions you may have. She is personable and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed her company when she was showing us several homes and when we did finally choose one, she helped us with recommendations when it came to our needs in purchasing the home.

Very helpful and honest. Very punctual at returning calls and emails.She is patient and willing to help you find a home you will love. She met with us during a snow storm to show us the home, that we eventually ended up purchasing.

Barbara Shaver is a wonderful agent. We had an old house and she found the good in it. She did everything to get it sold. It took longerthan I had hoped but Barbara need gave up.She is terrific.

Barbara is honest, knowledgeable, caring individual who not only help me buy my second home but rented out my first home with the right person. Barbara stopped by my house right away when I told her I was interested in selling it. She recommended small, but important improvements that needed to be made around the house and property in order to sell quicker.....It did. The first week the house was on the market we had 4 offers and the week after that Barbara had the buyers making their final offers and the house was sold. I moved to North Carolina and Barbara stayed in continual contact with me getting all the papers I needed at the closing together. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. I had a stress free experience from start to finish, due to my agent.

Barbara was on a long list of real estate professionals that I went through for a long while. I was having trouble finding the right person until Barbara came along. All the other agents pushed me in directions I felt to be not in my best interests, as in price, negotiation, or location. Barbara took the time and listened first, asked questions to learn what my family wanted and how we wanted to grow. After the info was tabulated then she showed us homes, a lot of homes. When it came down to offers I said what I wanted to pay and with no question Barbara took it to the sellers, even when I low balled a couple, that to me was huge. Most other agents said, "Oh no way to low! or That price will make the seller mad!" instead Barbara acted on behalf of me and did the right thing by me and she will be my agent again and again. She has also sold a friend's land and helped a cousin of mine. She will always be the one I tell people about if they need real estate sold or purchased. Thanks again Barbara we love you.

She is very helpful and informative. She responds to e-mails and phone calls right away. She makes sure that all your questions are answered in a timely matter and if she does not know the answer she makes sure to find the answer. She made selling a home a very nice experience.
