Elizabeth has great local knowledge and a feel for what is going on in the area- what the trends are.She has contacts with attorney’s and contractors in case you need referrals / repairs.Elizabeth keeps in touch and is always accessible if you have a question. She guided us thru the process and was able to deal with the tenants and showings and other agents – no problem.She helped us get the best price. Their were a few buyers and Liz guided us thru the process to get the right one to close the deal.We also are in process of buying another property -Elizabeth sends us good comps so we can make comparisons and lets us know what may be coming on the market.You won’t be disappointed
