Implemented state of the art technology enablers to support the growth and expansion of the franchise into three offices. Duties include the development of the local commercial markets, building channels of distribution including real estate agents/brokers and investment advisors, acting as an advisor and consultant in finding solutions to customer’s investment challenges considering debt and investment levels. Responsibilities include; lease and sale negotiating, site acquisitions, title searches, analysis of surveys, preparation of letters of intent, confirmations, pro formas and site submittals. Additional tasks include the tracking of performance goals and budgets and preparation of management sales pipeline reporting and sales strategies.
